This section was developed in implementation of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2011, No. 1103 "On Approval of the Rules for the Acquisition by the State of Rights to Property under a Gift Agreement" and is intended for maintaining records in the Register of Gift Agreements (hereinafter referred to as the Register) of the progress and results of the provision of public services for the acceptance by the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights to property of non-state legal entities and individuals under a gift agreement.

Access to the Register is provided to employees of the authorized body for state property management and local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, and the capital, provided they have an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan.

Access to the Electronic Database is provided based on a written application from the authorized state body submitted to the Information and Accounting Center Joint Stock Company, designated as the Single Operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011, No. 802.
